APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS
 


Tiger Brands is pleased to announce the appointment of the following non-executive directors with effect from
1 August:

  • Ms Maya Makanjee
  • Mr Rob Nisbet
  • Mr Makhup Nyama

Maya Makanjee has held senior executive positions with fast-moving consumer goods companies SAB Miller Africa and Asia, and Nestlé South Africa.

Rob Nisbet was the former Group Financial Director of MTN Group Limited.

Makhup Nyama has held senior executive positions in IT and communications companies and was the former Group Chief Executive of Grintek Limited.
